Since it is not often that the world’s spotlight is thrown on fencing, it is interesting to note that today’s Google Doodle highlights fencing.

Today’s Olympic fencing events focus on women’s épée.  Elimination rounds take place through 9:30 AM. Central Time with medal rounds beginning at 1:10 PM Central time. For info on how to watch the non-televised events live, see my post here.
